Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our Individual Life Insurance Distribution team as an Assistant Vice President, Relationship Management - Life Distribution! About the role We are seeking a strategic and results-drivenAssistant Vice President of Relationship Managementto lead and evolve our third-party distribution relationships across the life insurance business. This leader will oversee a team of Relationship Managers and Associate Relationship Managers supporting theBrokerage General Agency (BGA),Independent Marketing Organization (IMO)/Network Marketing Organization (NMO)andDigital Transactionchannels. The AVP will play a critical role in strengthening enterprise-level B2B partnerships, ensuring alignment with the broader sales strategy, and driving measurable value across distribution relationships.
