Are you ready to be the strategic force that ensures global financial compliance for cutting-edge products? This role places you at the vital intersection of product innovation and regulatory integrity, where your expertise will directly impact the smooth operation and global reach of financial offerings. As an operational engine, you will manage critical intake pipelines, workflows, and cross-functional sign-off processes, playing a pivotal role in keeping financial services compliant on a global scale. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to drive complex approvals will empower product teams to innovate responsibly, directly contributing to the trust and reliability of widely used services.

**What You'll Do:**

* **Manage Compliance Intake & Workflows:** Oversee the end-to-end intake process for payments compliance requests, ensuring proper triage, prioritization, and tracking of incoming global initiatives.

* **Drive Complex Product/Regulatory Sign-offs:** Facilitate and accelerate multi-stakeholder approval processes using internal tools, collaborating closely with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Regional Compliance teams.

* **Data Reporting & Dashboard Ownership:** Maintain and optimize internal dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), workflow velocity, and compliance metrics. Deliver regular, data-driven insights to leadership.

* **Internal Communications & Stakeholder Management:** Draft and distribute highly polished internal updates, including regular stakeholder newsletters, project trackers, and executive summaries to keep cross-functional partners aligned.

* **Operational Excellence:** Efficiently manage a high volume of tasks and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, ensuring zero slippage on critical compliance timelines.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* **Experience:** 4+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within compliance, legal, fintech, banking, or a similarly complex, highly regulated environment.

* **Workflow Mastery:** Proven experience managing high-volume intake systems and driving complex, multi-tiered sign-off/approval processes across cross-functional teams.

* **Data & Analytics:** Proficiency in data reporting, spreadsheet management, and dashboard maintenance (e.g., spreadsheet tools, data visualization tools).

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* **Insider Knowledge:** Prior experience working within a large technology company or deep familiarity with internal tools, infrastructure, and processes for approvals and workflow management.

* **Communication & Change Management:** Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of translating complex operational updates into clean, engaging internal newsletters and stakeholder communications.

* **Domain Passion:** An interest in or familiarity with global payments regulations, financial technology, or risk management frameworks.

* **Thrives in Ambiguity:** Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed, with the ability to ruthlessly prioritize and manage multiple tight deadlines simultaneously.
