Join a team dedicated to unlocking significant value and achieving financial excellence within a dynamic and impactful environment.

Are you ready to be at the heart of financial decision-making, transforming raw data into strategic insights? In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end process of extracting, transforming, and analyzing critical financial data, directly influencing strategic investments and providing real-time visibility to leadership. Your expertise in data management and financial analysis will be instrumental in driving financial excellence and ensuring the integrity of reporting across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to blend your analytical prowess with a passion for precision, making a tangible impact on business outcomes.

**What you will be doing in this role:**

* Execute and monitor recurring financial reports to capture real-time Actuals and Commitments.

* Convert raw data exports (Actuals & Commitments) into optimized formats and manage data repositories to ensure seamless ingestion by business intelligence tools.

* Validate data accuracy during the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process, performing rigorous quality checks to ensure dashboards reflect reliable and precise financial performance.

* Bridge the gap between data and finance by leveraging advanced Excel techniques to deliver highly accurate, precise month-end reconciliations under tight close deadlines.

* Identify workflow efficiencies, streamline data processes, and update standard operating procedures to maintain agility as ways of working and business needs evolve.

* Maintain the data flow required to provide Budget Owners and leadership with the transparency needed to manage investments effectively.

* Proactively coordinate with internal data teams to ensure pipeline stability and report availability.

* Partner with master data teams to align on financial referentials, ensuring that hierarchies and mappings are correctly reflected in reporting.

**What We Are Looking For:**

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.

* 3+ years of professional experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or an accounting analytical role.

* Advanced-to-expert proficiency in Excel (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot tables).

* Strong understanding of foundational accounting/finance principles (Actuals, Commitments, reconciliations).

* Exceptional ability to manage, interpret, and troubleshoot logic within large, complex financial datasets while maintaining total data integrity.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage tight turnaround times, and self-motivate to solve complex financial system discrepancies.

* Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize requests effectively.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear financial narratives for cross-functional business partners.

* Self-motivated individual contributor and strong team player.

**Nice-to-have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency with standard business productivity and collaboration tools.

* Experience or familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
