Purpose of Role
To provide reliable, responsive, and versatile administrative support that enables the business to operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Accountabilities Include
* Ensures smooth day-to-day administrative operations
* Supports achievement of department and organizational goals and KPIs
* Coordinates activities, information, and resources
* Ensures timely completion of administrative requests, transactions, and support activities
* Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time

Primary Responsibilities Include
* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and related logistics
* Process invoices and other administrative transactions
* Monitor and follow up on approvals, payments, and outstanding administrative requests
* Manage calendars, schedules, meeting logistics, and conference room reservations as assigned
* Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials
* Maintain department records, files, databases, and administrative documentation
* Serve as an adaptable resource to support the business and special projects as needed for business continuity

Qualifications
Ideal
* Microsoft Office applications
* Demonstrated success supporting multiple leaders, departments, or stakeholders simultaneously
* Proven success working independently while maintaining responsiveness and customer service
* Experience with shifting priorities and managing multiple requests simultaneously
* Fluent in Japanese

Preferred
* Associate's degree in business administration or related field
* 3+ years of administrative support experience
* Oracle or other ERP system experience
* Administrative or office management certification

Compensation



  • The hiring range for this position is $27.00 - $34.00 per hour + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
  • Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
