Requisition Summary

PACCAR Parts is seeking a Dedicated Fleet Account Manager to join our Dedicated Fleet Support team. The Dedicated Fleet Support team is responsible for building and managing relationships across PPD, Kenworth, Peterbilt, PACCAR Dealers and our top 100 fleet customers. This role is responsible for directly managing and cultivating a strategic and personalized customer relationship with PACCAR's top 100 fleet customers with the objective of improving vehicle uptime and delivering exceptional customer experience.

The Dedicated Fleet Account Manager operates in a fast-paced, timesensitive environment that requires creative problem solving, parts expediting expertise, and the ability to navigate complex dealer, fleet, and supplier challenges. Success in this role depends on strong relationship management, crossfunctional collaboration, and the ability to think beyond standard processes to keep trucks on the road.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Partner with fleets, dealers, and internal PACCAR teams to identify and execute customized solutions that return trucks to service as quickly as possible when parts are needed or to collaborate with field service when an issue is service-related.
  • Collaborate closely with Materials, Marketing, and other PACCAR teams to explore all available options and remove barriers to repair.
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with strategic fleet customers to drive loyalty and long-term partnership.
  • Work closely to support dealers and fleets to ensure clear, timely, and effective communication across all stakeholders.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to improve parts availability and lead times; identify alternate sourcing strategies when required.
  • Research, coordinate, and manage expediting, special orders, and shipment issues, including end-toend tracking to ensure ontime delivery.
  • Facilitate cross-department collaboration to drive efficient and timely issue resolution.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards related to program, fleet, dealer, and supplier performance; identify trends and recommend actions for improvement.
  • Recommend and coordinate proactive stocking strategies, including recommended parts lists, campaign preparation, and trend-based analysis.
  • Host and participate in meetings with fleets, dealers and sales teams to review performance, trends, processes, and communication improvements.
  • Travel to fleet and dealer locations as needed to engage with management teams and support key initiatives.
  • Accurately document activities, decisions, and outcomes in TCS 365 and AS400 systems.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; otherwise enrolled, actively pursuing and within 2 years of completion required
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience required
  • Experience with supply chain management, customer service, Salesforce, AS 400, and/or Six Sigma training are a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Proficiency in software applications:Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Salary Range:
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $70,500 - $96,690 annually. This position is eligible for a holiday gift and may offer relocation assistance benefits. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
