The group you'll be a part of
The Business Development and Sales Operations (BDSO) organization supports Lam's Global Customer Operations (GCO) team by enabling customer success, profitable growth, and predictable business execution.
Within BDSO, the Sales Systems and Digital Transformation teams deliver scalable CRM sales system capabilities, process improvements, data and reporting solutions, and user enablement that help global sales, account teams, product groups, and business leaders work more efficiently and make faster, better-informed decisions. You will be part of the BDSO exciting Digital's transformation team.
The impact you'll make
  • Provide inputs for future state process/procedural improvements
    • Support and represent GCO/ BDSO's business units' needs to the broader team
    • Approve the to-be process flows, KPI, and organization to support the process flows
    • Support workstream + functional Lead to map persona journeys, use cases/requirements, test case scenarios to executable objectives
      • Review the design of personas, use cases, test case scenarios, documentation, and training materials
    • Support and/ or approve go no go decision
    • Approve data conversion was performed completely and accurately
    • Develop a good understanding of the new system and act as a subject matter expert post go live including training stakeholders and providing CIP roadmaps
    • Drive adoption and acts as a change agent for the operationalization of newly defined processes, procedures, workflows, and systems within the function
    • Support hyper care and change management teams with training and change-related activities
What you'll do
  • Validate current state processes, procedures, standards, and business rules
    • Work cross-functionally to map current state processes, procedures, standards, and business rules
    • Drive continuous process improvements to help the operations scale in alignment with company strategy
    • Approve changes to business rules, processes, and policies
    • Assess data and confirm analysis results
  • Establishe measurable goals that are aligned with Digital Transformation objectives
    • Support business priorities and dependencies to create the business roadmaps
    • Provide and validates business requirements and deliverables as they pertain to their area of expertise/workstream
    • Contribute to business process re-engineering, change management approach & engagement
    • Support the systems that will be implemented to support the processes
Who we're looking for

The candidate should

  • Possess endtoend process expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) , CRM, and order to cash processes.
  • Be a strategic, selfdriven global collaborator
  • Trusted representative and voice for the business unit in corporate settings
  • Demonstrated customercentric change leadership capability
  • Proficient at change communication with a global engagement mindset
  • Bachelors / Masters with 10 years of industry experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or SAP CRM (semiconductor industry is a plus)
Preferred qualifications
  • CRM and Sales Systems:Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or SAP CRM; Microsoft Dynamics experience is preferred.
  • Business Analysis Skills:Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, documenting processes, mapping workflows, and translating business needs into system requirements.
  • Experience: >10 years in business analysis, CRM systems, sales operations, enterprise applications, or digital transformation programs.
  • Process and Data:Strong understanding of sales processes, opportunity management, pipeline management, CRM adoption, data quality, reporting, dashboards, master data management, and enterprise data governance.
  • Delivery and Testing:Experience supporting Agile or Scrum delivery, backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, defect management, release readiness, business sign-off, and post-launch hypercare.
  • Communication:Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex business and technical topics clearly to internal and external audiences.
  • Tools:Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration and reporting platforms.
  • Change Management:Experience creating training materials, release communications, user guides, and adoption support for business users.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $137,000.00 -$287,000.00.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
