Description Status: This is a full-time; hourly position Hours: Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 3:00pm & Friday: 6:00am - 12:00pm; overtime as needed Benefits Offered to Full-time Employees: Health, Dental, Optical, Medical FSA/HSA, Dependent Care (FSA), Basic Life Plan, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 401K with Company Match, Profit Sharing (ROA), PTO (Vacation), Holidays, Jury Duty, and Funeral Leave JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for duties pertaining to machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of Coldspring's assets. Duties to be performed with attention to safety standards and limited supervision. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment. Fabricate, install, and move various machinery. Read and understand blue prints, diagrams, and schematics to assist with troubleshooting, parts identification, and assembly. Operate tools proficiently such as but not limited to grinders, welders, torches, and measuring tools.
