What You'll Do



  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings, conference calls, and in-person appointments, facilitating effective communication.
  • Communicate schedules, meeting details, and updates to all participants, keeping everyone informed.
  • Arrange domestic and/or international travel as needed, ensuring smooth logistics for team members.
  • Prepare and process expense reports accurately and on time, maintaining financial integrity.
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination, contributing to successful engagements.
  • Coordinate the shipment, tracking, receipt, and distribution of product samples, supporting key initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate sample and shipping documentation, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
  • Handle confidential materials with discretion and minimal supervision, upholding trust and privacy.
  • Complete special projects and additional administrative assignments as needed, demonstrating adaptability.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines, showcasing exceptional organizational skills.


What You'll Bring



  • 2-4 years of previous administrative or coordination experience, demonstrating a solid foundation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for efficient task execution.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling effective prioritization.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering clear and professional interactions.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all organizational levels, promoting collaboration.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently, driving initiatives forward.


Nice-to-Haves



  • Experience coordinating shipments or product samples, adding specialized support capabilities.
