Predictive Maintenance Technician - Hazleton Plant Posted Date: Jul 31, 2026 Requisition Number: 129840 Location: Hazle Township, PA Summary: The Hershey Company, Hazleton Plant, in Hazle Township, PA is a Union plant manufacturing products such as Cadbury Caramello Bars, Cadbury Mini Eggs, Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars, Hershey's Milk Chocolate with Almonds Bars, Hershey's Special Dark Bars, Hershey's Candy-Coated Eggs, and Kit Kat, in a high-speed complex environment. As a Predictive Maintenance Technician, you will work to minimize equipment downtime and life cycle costs. You will use predictive maintenance technologies to identify equipment failures in early stages and evaluate the quality of repairs and installations. These technologies include vibration collection and analysis, thermography, dynamic balancing, ultrasonic testing, thickness testing, shaft alignment, etc. This is a 1st shift position, but to be considered, you must be flexible on all shifts and weekend work.
