In this role, you will be the driving force behind product and program operations, playing a critical part in managing logistics, coordinating product flow, and supporting initiatives tied to community impact and strategic programs. You'll work collaboratively across multiple teams, ensuring the seamless execution of operational processes from forecasting and order management to shipment tracking and comprehensive reporting. What You'll Do



  • Coordinate end-to-end order management and logistics, including forecasting, booking, shipping, and delivery tracking.
  • Manage product allocation, kitting, and distribution workflows to ensure efficient use of inventory.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and program activity using internal systems.
  • Support data management and reporting, including compiling comprehensive reports for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal teams and external recipients/vendors to ensure timely execution of operational tasks.
  • Continuously maintain and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and accuracy across all workflows.
  • Assist in managing program timelines, communications, and deliverables within a complex organizational structure.


What You'll Bring



  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or program coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or order management systems.
  • Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A degree is preferred but not required.


Bonus Points



  • Experience supporting product distribution, inventory coordination, or fulfillment operations.
  • Familiarity with corporate responsibility, nonprofit programs, or donation-based initiatives.
  • Exposure to enterprise tools such as procurement, inventory, or workflow systems.
  • Experience operating within a large, matrixed organization.
  • An interest in consumer brands or related industries.
