As a meticulous technical writer with a passion for clarity and a knack for demystifying complex concepts, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between intricate AI strategies and actionable, understandable documentation. Your expertise will directly influence the adoption and governance of transformative AI, empowering diverse teams to harness artificial intelligence and drive innovation and efficiency at an unparalleled scale.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of AI enablement, designing and implementing knowledge resources that demystify complex artificial intelligence concepts for a wide range of stakeholders. Your work will involve creating clear, concise, and visually engaging documentation that transforms evolving requirements into practical, implementation-ready artifacts, fostering collaboration across diverse business and technical domains.

  • Design, build, and maintain knowledge platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) for AI enablement and governance, ensuring logical navigation, optimal page structures, and organized content.
  • Create and refine essential documentation, including procedures, process guides, playbooks, FAQs, checklists, and decision trees, tailored for diverse business and technical audiences.
  • Develop clear visual aids such as process maps, workflow diagrams, swimlanes, and operating-model visuals to illustrate roles, handoffs, approvals, and escalation paths.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and working sessions to gather information, identify documentation gaps, and validate content with subject-matter experts.
  • Enhance consistency across all materials by implementing common terminology, formatting standards, version control, and robust content-review processes.
  • Collaborate strategically with business, technology, data, risk, compliance, legal, and governance stakeholders to transform evolving requirements into actionable, implementation-ready artifacts.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, IT documentation, knowledge management, business analysis, process design, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience creating and maintaining content in knowledge management platforms like SharePoint and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear procedures, process maps, and visual documentation for intricate workflows.
  • Solid working knowledge of enterprise technology environments and exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Superior writing, editing, interviewing, synthesis, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency with diagramming and documentation tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, Word, or comparable platforms.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience documenting AI, data, technology governance, risk, compliance, or other emerging-technology processes.
