In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal part in the preparation and distribution of prescription medications, leveraging an automated fulfillment system to support patients effectively. Your contributions will directly streamline medication access and elevate operational excellence, ensuring that patients receive the vital care they need with efficiency and empathy.

Your Impactful Responsibilities



  • Resolve billing rejects and proactively contact patients or doctors when issues arise, ensuring smooth medication delivery.
  • Accurately enter patient demographics and prescription details into the system, maintaining precise records that are critical for patient safety and operational integrity.
  • Research insurance rejections and escalate complex questions to a Pharmacist, contributing to effective and timely resolution of patient concerns.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and empathy, providing essential communication and support to patients and healthcare providers.


What You'll Bring



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Active state Registration/Certification (as required).
  • Basic computer proficiency to navigate essential systems and tools.
