Project Support Specialist Location
US-Remote
Overview Planned Systems International (PSI) is seeking an organized, service-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Support Specialist supporting multiple government staffing programs. This position serves as a central point of contact for assigned contract employees and provides day-to-day operational support to the Program Manager, employee outreach, and responsive resolutions of routine workplace and healthcare staffing matters. The successful candidate will communicate professionally with employees, program leadership, corporate support teams, staffing partners, and customer stakeholders while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will act as a liaison between employees and the Program Manager, support timesheet and attendance administration, coordinate employee outreach, document and route performance-related concerns, and assist with invoice tracking and financial calculations. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
Assist the Program Manager and back-office team by coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between internal teams and remote healthcare workers.
