Position Location This position is located onsite in Linthicum, MD. Job Overview The incumbent is responsible for the quality management program and assures that subcontractors implement a quality control management program, which meets the contract requirements. The Quality Quality Control Manager (QCM) serves as the Contractor's designated representative responsible for implementation and management of the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) System in accordance with USACE, NAVFAC, and DoD requirements, including EM 385-1-1 and applicable UFC/UFGS specifications. The QCM advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools, and techniques to enable others to achieve safe work practices and environments. This position independently administers the quality control program and reports directly to the Program manager. The QCM has the authority to stop work, direct corrective actions, and coordinate the rework of non-conforming work to ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and applicable codes. This position has full responsibility for assuring performance objectives and identified standards are met. Salary: $112,400 to $122,400 Responsibilities Essential Job Duties: * Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices to a board range of project assignments. Key Responsibilites: * Knowledge of generally accepted standards of workmanship in construction and maintenance of facilities. Job Requirements Mandatory: * High School diploma or equivalent.
