The Operator Assembly role is responsible for the manufacturing of mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies, cabinet assemblies, and final system assemblies. The work performed by this role requires precise adherence to provided schematics and work instructions. This role is critical in the fabrication of high purity fluid handling systems.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • Read and interpret shop drawings and assembly schematics
  • Perform system assembly under close supervision
  • Maintain quality and productivity standards while meeting daily production goals
  • Verify parts and materials against work orders, bills of material (BOMs), and drawings
  • Identify non-conforming parts and report issues to supervisors
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Mechanical Assembly
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of Plumbing and Electrical systems (P&ID and Electrical Schematics)
  • Identify a measurement on a print (metric, fractional, and decimal), and take accurate measurements.
