You'll also help define our quality standards by contributing to and enforcing style guide rules and using AI tools to scale reviews for speed and consistency. This role suits someone who thrives on variety and ownership. You won't just execute assignments. You'll often be the editorial voice in the room, making judgment calls on tone, clarity, and customer experience, and coordinating review cycles that touch everyone from individual writers to exec-level stakeholders. The work moves fast and our processes evolve with the pace of work, so you'll need to be comfortable building structure as you go, not just following an existing playbook. Responsibilities:
