As a Maintenance Technician Lead, you will maintainand repair automated material handling equipment and ensure high equipment availability rates. We will count on you to use preventive and predictive maintenance processes, rapidly troubleshoot equipmentbreakdownsand quickly restore equipment to service to support the successful operation of the Solutions Integration facility. Along the way, you will get to:

• Ability to analyze, diagnose, evaluate and recommend / perform repairs to conveyor components & other warehouse equipment
• Provide a safe and secure working environment for our teammates
• Prevent / Minimize any facilities related disruptions / inconveniences to the operation of the business units / building infrastructure
• Perform preventive and routine maintenancetoequipment,systemsand building components

What we're looking for

• Minimum high school graduate or general education degree (GED), trade school graduate preferred plus three to five years "hands on" experience ina commercialfacility / physical plantoperations.

• Certification orAssociates Degreefrom an accredited college or university in the Facilities, Engineering, Architectural disciplinesa plus.

• Lead by example. Must be able toshowcaseprofessionalism and a high degree of confidentiality and leadership acumen

• Strong organization skills. Must have the ability to prioritize impromptu work assignments, manage multiple conflicting tasks within afast pacedwork environment andusesefficient work methods and tools to get the job done
