OVERVIEW: The Shipping Clerk carries out all designated clerical assignments issued by the operations staff in the Shipping Department. He/she also works with the Customer Service division as well as the Traffic Coordinator to insure the best possible service to our carriers and customers. This position will coordinate transportation for truck shipments, NF shipments and with customer inquiries. Will communicate with trucking companies and buyers. This position is a back up for truck scheduling. Key Responsibilities The following is a list of daily duties that are carried out as part of their every day routine. LOCATION OF ROLE
SALARY PAY RANGE: $37,000 - $65,000 The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on the candidate's qualifications and prior experience. Benefits include healthcare (medical, dental, vision, prescription drugs) available the first of the month following 30 days of employment, 401(k) with match, life insurance, AD&D, short-term disability, vacation, holiday and sick time.
