We aim to help our clients achieve Working Capital efficiency gains by optimizing their short term liquidity needs and simplifying their Cash Management operations. We do so by delivering a best-in-class digital solution that helps clients manage their liquidity movements, foreign exchange and payments enabling international treasury operations and commerce. We're a team of diverse Treasury and Payments specialists helping our clients solution and build for the future. Position Overview The TxB Coverage Business Management role serves as a key commercial partner and trusted advisor to Coverage leadership and the COO, ensuring seamless execution of TxB's strategy, robust financial planning alignment, and deep integration with the broader firm. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, governance, and technology - driving the Coverage franchise forward across five critical pillars. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Execution & Analytics - Coordinate budgeting and forecasting aligned with the firmwide BPC cycle to ensure resource allocation matches strategic priorities - Monitor Coverage team performance against goals through pipeline and revenue analysis in partnership with Finance - Serve as the central connectivity point to the Product organization, facilitating TxB product commercialization by channeling Coverage insights into product development (Product retains delivery ownership) - Lead high-impact strategic analyses for growth campaigns - Conduct deep-dive analyses on target market penetration, wallet share optimization, and competitive positioning - Partner across Investment Banking, Corporate Derivatives, and Asset & Wealth Management to deliver a coordinated "One Goldman Sachs" client experience 2. Executive Operations - Serve as a trusted advisor and proxy for the co-heads of Coverage; prioritize key initiatives, prepare executive briefs, and manage leadership meeting cadence - Lead joint operational and strategic initiatives with the Product Business Manager to ensure Coverage-Product alignment - Coordinate town halls, off-sites, and strategic communications for the Coverage organization 3. Governance & Risk - Own and lead the Business Standards Committee (BSC) process, ensuring high standards of client care and reputational risk management - Oversee governance, quality control, and approval of marketing materials, client presentations, and RFP responses - Own first-line implementation of operational risk controls, audit remediations, and policy updates (regulatory identification owned by Risk and Legal) - Maintain and own Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and disaster recovery protocols for Coverage 4. Technology & Enablement - Partner with salespeople, product managers, and strats to develop dynamic, intuitive desktop tools and dashboards for senior leaders - Provide commercial input into Salesforce CRM design; drive process improvements to accelerate time-to-revenue across client engagements - Partner with Onboarding, Implementation, and Service teams to streamline the client journey from sales to active usage, minimizing operational bottlenecks 5. Operations & Talent - Manage the development and implementation of Coverage business plans, including measurement of impact and success against defined KPIs - Oversee headcount planning and onboarding coordination for the Coverage team to ensure the franchise is resourced for success Basic Qualifications - Significant experience in business management, strategy, chief of staff, or COO-type roles within financial services - Strong financial acumen with expertise in pipeline analysis, revenue tracking, budgeting, and forecasting cycles - Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor and proxy for senior executives - Experience with first-line risk controls, audit remediation, and governance frameworks (e.g., BSC processes) - Excellent cross-divisional stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving alignment across large, complex organizations - Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to lead high-impact strategic deep dives and translate findings into actionable recommendations Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with Transaction Banking products and the Coverage sales model - Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and business intelligence/dashboard tooling - Background in client lifecycle management, including onboarding and implementation coordination - Prior experience coordinating executive communications, off-sites, and Operating Committee-level meetings - Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to optimize business management workflows, automate routine reporting, and drive operational efficiencies across the division.
