• High school diploma or GED.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to operate cranes and overhead hoists
• Ability to use quality inspection equipment

• Follow safety and environmental procedures.
• Come to work on time every day, as scheduled.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Accurately read and use quality tools to ensure quality parts. Compare parts to blueprint to ensure they meet standards and specifications to verify product quality.
• Use a computer to enter part information/inventory in the ERP system.
• Set up, program, and operate Press Brake equipment.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance, repair, and setup to keep Press Brake running smoothly and reduce downtime.
• Examine parts during the production process.
• Set up light barriers to ensure safety.
• Execute the scheduling board.
• Ability to use a motorized walking stacker.
