Electromechanical Assembler

Now Hiring: Electromechanical Assemblers (Entry-Level to Experienced)

Location: Beverly, MA

Compensation Based on Experience

• $22/hr: Entry-level candidates with little or no experience
• $23/hr: Recent trade school graduates
• $26/hr: Candidates with 5+ years of electromechanical assembly experience and recent related employment

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday (+10% shift differential)
• 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday-Thursday (+15% shift differential)

We are seeking reliable Electromechanical Assemblers to support the assembly and production of advanced industrial equipment. This temporary position is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, electronics assembly, trade school training, or electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components, cables, wire harnesses, motors, sensors, and subassemblies
• Read and follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, torque drivers, measuring devices, and test equipment
• Perform basic soldering, crimping, and wiring tasks
• Enter production data into ERP or manufacturing systems
• Inspect completed work and report quality issues
• Follow safety, cleanroom, ESD, and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome
• Trade school graduates encouraged to apply
• Manufacturing, assembly, wiring, soldering, or electromechanical experience preferred
• Ability to read basic drawings and follow written instructions
• Experience with hand tools, multimeters, ERP systems, or production documentation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
