POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Career Ventures, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an opportunity for a General Clerk III in Williston, VT.


The GCIII clerk will support training administration, learning management system records, compliance documentation, reporting, and workflow coordination. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate training completion records, supporting investigators and requestors, tracking system activity, and ensuring documentation is organized, accessible, and reviewed for required compliance checkpoints.


Key Responsibilities:


Training Records and Reporting:



  • Maintain Acadis training completion records and provide record support to investigators and internal stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain the Stats Workbook, including mandatory course completion counts, roles granted, ServiceNow ticket counts, completion totals, supervisor counts, and CCID submission statuses.
  • Track CCID submissions by status, including approved, cancelled, and draft submissions.
  • Prepare accurate recurring data summaries and reports to support operational visibility and compliance monitoring.


System Access and Account Administration:



  • Support Acadis account administration, including tracking and reconciling exceptions between Acadis and HRMart.
  • Monitor role assignments, access requests, and related service tickets to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Coordinate with appropriate teams to resolve account discrepancies and maintain clean system records.


SCORM Testing and Compliance Documentation:



  • Maintain records for SCORM file testing, including test status, issues identified, and completion documentation.
  • Review CCID submissions up front for required 508 compliance documentation.
  • Identify missing or incomplete documentation and route items back to requestors for correction when errors are found.


Workflow and File Organization:



  • Create and maintain folders on the T drive for required documentation and workflow materials.
  • Move documents into the appropriate folders and verify that required files are present.
  • Spot check CCID submissions for accuracy, completeness, and readiness before advancing workflow steps.
  • Copy cards from the CCID board and assign an administrator in Microsoft Planner when items are ready for processing.


Pay rate: $22.86 hourly

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • US Citizenship is required in accordance with the requirements of the above referenced federal government contract
  • Ability to obtain/maintain eligibility and favorable pre-employment USCIS Entry on Duty (EOD) and Suitability Determinations
  • Successful completion of drug screening and pre-employment background investigations with results allowing for continued consideration for employment
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Driver's License with the ability to operate non-commercial Government Owned Vehicles
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel or similar tools to track, summarize, and report operational data.
  • Ability to organize digital records, follow established workflows, and manage recurring administrative tasks.
  • Comfort working with service tickets, training records, and documentation review processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to follow up with requestors when corrections are needed.
  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with Acadis, HRMart, ServiceNow, Microsoft Planner, or similar enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with SCORM file testing, learning management systems, training compliance, or accessibility documentation requirements.
  • Experience supporting training, compliance, human resources, records management, or administrative operations.

Working Conditions:


This position is primarily administrative and systems focused. The coordinator will work with digital records, spreadsheets, service tickets, compliance documentation, shared drives, and workflow tools on a regular basis.
