| Brief Summary of Work for this Position |
The Player Development/Business Operations position provides operational, administrative, and player development support for the
UNCW Baseball program. Reporting to the Head Coach, this role coordinates practice schedules, game-day operations, team travel, budget and purchasing activities, and travel reconciliations while ensuring compliance with university,
CAA, and
NCAA policies. The position also supports the leadership, management, and administration of the
NCAA Division I baseball program and oversees daily player development activities for position players, along with performing other duties as assigned. |
| Minimum Education and Experience Requirements |
- Bachelor's Degree
- Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills along with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

- Master's Degree with Division I coaching experience.
- Demonstrated success in recruitment of scholarship athletes.
- Certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Possesses the highest level of ethical standards, recruit qualified student-athletes, and displays a strong commitment to their academic success.
