Description Stephens Hospital Nursing/Clinical Support Join our Orthopedics team in Norway as a per diem Medical Assistant! MaineHealth Orthopedics in Norway is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team and help provide exceptional care to patients throughout their orthopedic journey. This is a great opportunity to work alongside orthopedic providers in a collaborative, fast-paced outpatient practice. In this role, you will support providers with both clinical and administrative responsibilities, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examinations and procedures, assisting with orthopedic treatments, coordinating imaging and follow-up care, and maintaining accurate medical records. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
