Summary:
The RCM Process Analyst role is responsible for anticipating and uncovering areas of improvement and working with key leadership to implement solutions. Lead projects and documents actions and outcomes. Identifies shortfalls in current systems and analyzes data to support solutions.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent revenue cycle leadership experience required.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Four years of applicable revenue cycle or insurance experience required. Two years of experience in business analysis or related experience required. Experience creating detailed reports and presenting findings required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Proficient in all applicable systems (EPIC, ePremis, Reconomate and Payor platforms).
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Experience creating detailed reports and presenting findings. Must possess excellent analytical skills with the ability to audit, analyze and provide education.

The pay range for this position is $66,123.20to $89,481.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
