Shift Hours: 6am - 2pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime


Starting Salary: $21.50


The process control technician supports production operations by monitoring automated processes, troubleshooting issues, maintaining production and downtime data, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives. This role works closely with production leadership to help ensure efficient, uninterrupted production.


Key Responsibilities



  • Monitor and support automated equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshoot production, automation, and process-related issues.
  • Track and maintain downtime, production, and process control data.
  • Support process improvement and automation projects.
  • Communicate production concerns to leadership.
  • Assist with training technicians and updating standard work documentation.
  • Support CPRs, MPRs, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide support across all areas of the Systems Department as needed.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.


Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Prior leadership experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems (BPCS preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
