Application Window Open date: August 12, 2026 Next review date: Friday, Sep 11, 2026 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Wednesday, Aug 11, 2027 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description Postdoctoral Scholar position are occasionally available throughout the year in the Department of Pediatrics in the School of Medicine, University of California, Irvine. These positions are sponsored by and dependent on available funding from faculty members in Pediatrics and span all research areas in the department. Divisions and programs in the department are: Pediatric Applicants must possess a Ph.D. by date of employment with training in one or more of the department's disciplines. Postdoctoral Scholars will conduct research under the general oversight of a faculty mentor and are expected to contribute to the academic community by enhancing the research and education program of the University. Positions are dependent upon extramural funding and require a minimum appointment of one year. Rank and salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
