DANGEROUS GOODS LEAD SpaceX is looking for a highly motivated Dangerous Goods (DG) Lead, known internally as a Global Logistics Lead to join the Logistics team. This role owns the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of DG policies, controls, and processes to ensure safe, compliant, and scalable transportation of dangerous goods across air, ocean, and ground networks. You will partner closely with internal teams, carriers, consultants, and regulators to drive safety and compliance across the company while enabling new transportation models that support Starlink's rapid growth. Success in this role requires strong regulatory expertise, operational judgment, and the ability to turn complex requirements into clear, scalable processes. RESPONSIBILITIES:

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: Level 3: $115,000.00 - $165,000.00 Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
