As a Compensation Analyst, you will help ensure our compensation programs attract, motivate, and retain top talent while supporting a high-performing and engaged workforce. You will leverage data, analytics, and market insights to guide compensation decisions and support business and HR partners across the organization. In this role, you will perform research and analysis related to job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, incentive programs, internal equity, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to evaluate compensation recommendations, support career pathing initiatives, and ensure compensation practices remain consistent, compliant, and competitive. You will also contribute to annual compensation processes, survey participation, compensation audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, influence compensation programs, and support innovative solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and the overall employee experience. What You'll Need * Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Human Resources, Compensation, or Total Rewards experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate 6 years of Human Resources, Compensation or Total Rewards experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. * Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. * Detail driven individual with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with ability to see the broader picture and summarize complex data. * Responsible for working with highly sensitive and confidential information and maintaining the confidentiality of the information used during the normal course of business. * Skilled in juggling multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Computer skill requirements include intermediate MS Word, MS Excel and database, basic MS PowerPoint. * Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. How You'll Stand Out * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or Human Resources plus 4 years of Human Resources, Compensation, or Total Rewards experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. * Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP). * Experience with ADP, SuccessFactors, PayScale, and Syndio.
