Project Engineer

About the role: Juno Beach, FL33408 and Some travel required

We are looking for a Project Engineer on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You will join the Engineering & Construction (E&C) division to support large load projects. You will make decisions and recommendations having significant impact on major engineering and related project activities for the company. This position is expected to resolve complex technical issues and coordinate internal and external engineering support for successful project delivery. This role will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of projects from due diligence through project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include supporting internal stakeholders, managing external engineering resources and deliverables.
• Will coordinate with internal engineering resources and SME support.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project execution. This position reports to the Engineering Lead of Data Center Project Engineering.
• Successful candidates will work across multidisciplinary teams to support standardized, high-quality, and timely project delivery in a dynamic business environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering is required (e.g. electrical, mechanical, civil, or related discipline).
• Experience: 8+ years of experience preferred.
• Engineering and project management experience supporting infrastructure, power, or mission-critical projects is preferred.
• Data center or power delivery background is preferred.
• Experience managing internal and external engineering resources on projects.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $65.00/hr. to $70.00/hr.
