The Manager, Digital Learning Operations plays a key role in the success of ASHP's online education ecosystem by combining operational leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with internal teams, external partners, and technology vendors, the role ensures that digital learning experiences are delivered efficiently and accurately. The position serves as a trusted resource for learning technologies, data insights, and process optimization while helping shape the future of ASHP's educational offerings. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to live in the Washington, DC area and be present in the downtown Bethesda, Maryland office as needed. At ASHP, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. The salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000 and ASHP offers a comprehensive benefits plan. This salary range represents a reasonable estimate of the annual salary based on ASHP's commitment to provide equitable and market-competitive pay. The actual salary offered will take into consideration many factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, educational background and licenses/certifications, skills and experience, internal pay equity, and other business and organizational needs.
