Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain management preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience managing salaried supervisors required.
• Strong, data-driven approach to KPIs, performance management, continuous improvement, and process improvement.
• Background leading warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations, with working knowledge of inventory control, safety compliance, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Forecasting, planning, and cross-functional leadership experience preferred.

Physical Capabilities

• Able to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
• Able to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to fifty pounds.
• Able to work safely around forklifts, conveyors, and other material handling equipment.

Job Duties

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy.
• Supervise and develop warehouse personnel while driving productivity and performance goals.
• Maintain workplace safety standards and support continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operations and logistics leaders to resolve issues and strengthen supply chain performance.
