Job Summary
We're hiring for an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of Arizona's semiconductor workforce! The instructor Senior provides instruction and instructional leadership for workforce training programs within the Future48 Semiconductor Workforce Accelerator. The Lead Instructor delivers instruction in semiconductor and advanced manufacturing workforce training programs and provides lead-level coordination and support for industry instructors, subject matter experts, and training partners delivering instruction within the accelerator. This position assists with curriculum development, instructional quality, training program implementation, and coordination of instructional activities that support semiconductor workforce development initiatives. The Lead Instructor serves as a lead worker to instructional staff and industry trainers and supports the development of training programs that align with semiconductor industry workforce needs. Essential Functions

High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of experience in the area of semiconductor or other advanced manufacturing There is no substitution or equivalency allowable for the High School Diploma or GED Desired Qualifications
