Are you a master of bringing creative visual concepts to life on the retail floor? Our Beauty Brand Client is looking for a proactive Retail Merchandising Project Manager to manage in-store brand execution, vendor sourcing, and production schedules across our store network.

From reading technical die-lines to managing our 12-month promotional calendar, you will bridge creative vision and physical store execution-ensuring top-tier quality, competitive vendor pricing, and on-time delivery for major beauty brands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandising & Calendar Management: Execute the 12-month store calendar, coordinating focus months and endcap rollouts across internal brand marketing teams.
  • Production & Project Tracking: Manage end-to-end production for store fixtures, promotional assets, and premiums, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Sourcing & Budgeting: Conduct triple-bidding per L'Oreal guidelines to secure best-in-class suppliers, issue purchase orders, and reconcile invoices.
  • Database & Fixture Oversight: Maintain the master database of store counts, fixture components, and project support timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, PR, Education, and external suppliers to develop, specify, and purchase high-impact promotional items.


Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of retail fabrication, wall systems, IM/Vac, and vacuum forming techniques.
  • Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read engineered drawings and die lines with precision.
  • Project Management: Strong track record of tracking multi-brand timelines, managing vendor relations, and self-motivating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Experience: Beauty or high-end retail experience is preferred, but not required.
