About the opportunity QIAGEN Digital Insights is a leading provider of bioinformatics software and knowledge bases used by life scientists to gain insight from the molecular information in their biological samples. We have developed industry-leading software tools for analysis and reporting of biological data. As a Bioinformatics Engineer in the Content Development team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and extending QIAGEN's biomedical knowledge base by integrating new knowledge from public data sources and facilitating capture of unstructured data into existing and new semantic models, as well as leveraging our Knowledge Graph to deliver data, interpretations, and inferences to our applications and customers. You will also contribute to data quality efforts by defining and implementing test plans, helping to ensure the accuracy and completeness of content delivered to our downstream application teams.
Your profile
The estimated base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000. Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
