Non-CDL Delivery Driver - Nights

Mansfield Service Partners is seeking a Non-CDL "Bulldog" Truck Driver to join our Fuel team in Aurora, Colorado.

In this role, you'll safely deliver and distribute fuel locally to small tanks and equipment, including generators, pumps, and reefers, using a Non-CDL Bulldog fuel truck.

This position is also an opportunity for individuals interested in advancing their driving career and obtaining a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). After successfully fulfilling the role for a specified period and meeting designated requirements, drivers may be considered for company assistance in obtaining their CDL.

Position pays up to $22.50/hr

Shift:

• Night Shift - Starting around 4-5pm, with OVER TIME PAY! On a night shift you will have the added benefits of extra pay, less traffic, and fewer distractions.

Essential Duties:

• Safely transporting fuels using a non cdl "bulldog" truck
• Driving trucks while observing DOT driving regulations and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Ensuring products are hauled in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Verifying directions with plant personnel to ensure accurate delivery.
• Striving to exceed customer expectations and achieve high levels of satisfaction.
• Building strong relationships with both external and internal customers.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and proper condition of equipment.
• Performing pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment.
• Conducting basic vehicle maintenance tasks and reporting defects or damage.
• Demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Physical and Environmental Conditions:

The position is located in an outdoors environment frequent encounters dirt and dust, noise and vibration, fumes and odors and wetness/humidity. May be frequently exposed to mechanical, chemical, and electrical hazards. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, climb, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear. This position may require travel via vehicle and airplane. Employee may be required to sit for long periods of time. The incumbent frequently lifts up to 25 lbs.

Minimum Education, Experience and Certification:

• Valid C driver's license required
• Previous non-cdl delivery driver experience preferred, but not required
• Site-specific training will be provided

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must possess effective written and oral communication skills
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving techniques and skills
