Process material through AS400 system. Ensure all bundles are packed per the pack codes. Ensure piece counts are accurate and correct profiles are packed. Responsible for safe operation of the Emmebi machine. Loading proper plastic gauge wrap into machine. Load proper size wood battens. Print all drawings and instructions for each batch. What will make you successful? Required Education/Experience: The ability to work any shift. Must complete internal or external assessment to determine appropriatecommunication, math, and problem-solving skills. Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds with a partner. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Minimum of 1 years of manufacturing experience is desirable. Knowledge of Fabrication processes is a plus. Leadership experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with fluency in English- both written and verbally. Must have ability to work at a fast pace. Maintain all the required standards for meeting or exceeding production goals. Leadership and coaching. Team player; ability to work as a team. Self-starter; Adaptable to change. Ability to prioritize needs.
