Role Overview


This role will manage compensation administration teams for Sirva's global mobility clients, working closely with clients' HR/Payroll teams and other global mobility professionals within Sirva Global Operations. In this role the manager will be a subject matter expert in administrative best practices, delivering quality and timeliness results, and must provide strong leadership to teams.



What You'll Be Doing



  • The Manager will be responsible for supporting a team of Compensation Services Specialists as the daily 'go to' for a variety of compensation tasks related to supporting Sirva clients. These can include:
    * Creation of global cost projections, letters of assignment, compensation worksheets, interactions with Client home and host payroll teams, reconciliation of monthly/periodic payrolls, worldwide compensation data accumulation, and creation of year end reporting.
  • The Manager will be an active participant in the management of all phases of the compensation process including troubleshooting, implementing new processes, and ongoing delivery of services.
  • The Manager is expected to be able to forge strong internal and external working relationships and communicate and present to all levels within and outside the organization This will include participation in ongoing Client meetings/conference calls as required.
  • Partnering across all areas within the business to ensure quality payroll service, resolution of issues, and collaborative accomplishments.
  • Responsible for achieving business goals and objective pertaining to operation effectiveness, productivity improvement, revenue generation and client retention.
  • Manage and maintain productivity tracking, SLA metrics, FTE allocation tracking, participate in budgeting and revenue reconciliation exercises.
  • Hiring/interviewing
  • Performance appraisals and ongoing performance management
  • Participate in People Manager training from HR
  • Mentoring, Coaching and Development of Associates.
  • Promotes an environment of open communication, trust and respect and positive morale. Inspires team to perform at the highest levels and ensures that the standard operational processes and practices are in place for their teams.
  • Development of team in current roles and / or future opportunities through proactive leadership, daily partnership and educational opportunities



What You Bring to SIRVA



Education/Certification Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* University/college degree in business or related degree preferred
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
* Experience working for an accounting firm or other professional group responsible for calculation and reporting of expatriate compensation required.
* 3+ years of experience managing compensation and/or payroll teams preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present in an articulate and professional manner.
* Ability to deliver creative and thoughtful solutions.
* Ability to learn from mistakes and take preventative measures going forward.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
* A team player and able to consider all views and opinions and delegate effectively.
* Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and able to operate effectively in a range of business and cultural environments.
* Demonstrated ability to document and train process flows in a high volume environment.

  • Position Title: Manager, Client Financial Services
  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 USD
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Employer HSA Match, Life & Disability Insurance, Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, ID Theft Protection Plan and more. Benefits are based on employment status and may not be available for temporary or non full-time employees



Salary ranges may vary based on location, market conditions, and other factors such as experience and qualifications. The final compensation will be determined during the hiring process based on these considerations.
