Position Summary: This Production Manager role will have primary responsibilities to be an advocate and support the Corporate WIN Strategy by managing and improving the quality, cost, delivery, morale and safety of the department, while driving meaningful progress in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost will be the main focus of this position. Supervisory responsibility includes, but are not limited to, training and developing team members, delegating work assignments, coaching and counseling employees, administering disciplinary procedures up to and including written warnings. The employee has the responsibility and authority to identify the status of production materials and take action with such materials as defined in such documents as controlled plans and work instructions.
