Overview The Security Manager (FSO/SSO) holds a critical leadership role in managing and guiding LMI's security posture across Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) programs. This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with polygraph (preferred), and is responsible for supervising security analysts, directing security operations to ensure strict adherence to federal, contractual, and company policy requirements. Reporting to LMI's Vice President of Security, the Security Manager will safeguard personnel, facilities, and other national security assets. This position interfaces regularly with government customers, contracting officers, internal business leaders, and security counterparts at partners and subcontractors. Responsibilities Security Program Administration
Lead, develop, and maintain robust security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), SEADs, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and other relevant federal regulations.
