Location: 800 Philadelphia Street Indiana, PA 15701 or 358 North Shore Drive Pittsburgh, PA 15212 or 100 Corporate Center Drive or 4 Brandywine Ave Downingtown, PA 19335 Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department) Function: The Event & Sponsorship Marketing Manager owns the development and execution of S&T Bank's event, sponsorship, and community engagement strategies. This role drives brand visibility, client engagement, and business development opportunities through the effective management of sponsorship investments, community partnerships, and high-impact events, while serving as a key marketing liaison to internal stakeholders and external partners. Duties & Responsibilities:
Education: Four-year college degree or equivalent experience. Experience: Five to ten years' general business experience with two to five years specialized experience in financial services, retail, marketing preferred. Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device 75% of the day. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry on a frequent basis, up to 75% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"- 20" for computer work and frequent travel in the market, up to 75% of the business day.
