As theSenior Product Marketing Manager, Harvard Business Impact (HBI) - Education, you will shape the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Harvard Business Impact's portfolio of higher education course materials and learning solutions, driving awareness, adoption, engagement, and retention among educators and academic institutions. You will thrive at the intersection of customer insight, product strategy, and growth, leveraging educator feedback, market trends, and experimentation to continuously refine product narratives, improve user experiences, and accelerate product success. This is a highly strategic role for a Product Marketing leader who excels in cross-functional collaboration and brings deep expertise in product positioning, customer insights, product launches, adoption, and retention strategies. Experience marketing educational products, courseware, digital learning solutions, or academic publishing products to faculty and instructors within higher education is strongly preferred. The anticipated compensation range for this role is$120,000-$135,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. Above is the annualized pay range for this position. In addition, this position includes the opportunity to earn our annual Performance Based Variable Pay Program. Actual salary will be set based upon a range of factors, including external benchmark market data, individual knowledge, skills, experience, location and internal equity. | |
