At Jubilant Radiopharmacies, we support healthcare providers across the United States by delivering radiopharmaceutical products used in diagnostic imaging and patient care. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technology transfer projects that bring new PET and SPECT products and capabilities to sites across our network.

Role Overview

As Project Manager, Technology Transfers, you will lead cross-functional technology transfer projects from planning through implementation. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will help ensure products, processes, documentation, and operational readiness are successfully transferred to receiving sites while meeting quality, regulatory, budget, and timeline requirements.

Location

This is a home-based position located in the United States. Travel to Jubilant Radiopharmacies manufacturing and radiopharmacy sites, as well as customer locations, will be required to support project execution and successful technology transfers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technology transfer projects for PET and SPECT radiopharmaceutical products across the U.S. network.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Business Development.
  • Ensure readiness of batch records, SOPs, validation protocols, analytical methods, and other required documentation.
  • Facilitate project meetings, customer updates, and leadership reviews.
  • Support business development activities through feasibility assessments and site capability evaluations.
  • Ensure projects are executed in compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and company quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or radiopharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with technology transfer, process validation, manufacturing scale-up, or related activities.
  • Experience working in cGMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of FDA regulations, FDA 211/212 requirements, and quality systems.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site projects and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience in PET/SPECT radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, or specialty pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
