Everbridge E911, powered by RedSky, provides cloud-based emergency calling solutions that help organizations locate 911 callers, route calls to the appropriate emergency response center, notify on-site personnel, and meet federal E911 requirements. Our work supports a clear and meaningful purpose: helping people receive the right assistance when every second matters. We're seeking an experienced, strategic, and customer-focused leader to guide the RedSky Go-to-Market organization through its next phase of growth. The Senior Director of GTM will lead the Directors responsible for Sales, Account Management & Customer Retention, Customer Operations, Sales Engineering, and Marketing. This executive leadership role will align these functions around a unified GTM strategy that accelerates revenue growth, strengthens customer retention, improves operational performance, and delivers exceptional customer experience. Working closely with Executive Leadership, Channel Leadership, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance, this leader will translate company objectives into clear priorities and measurable results. The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $174,000 - $200,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
