Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed. Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager. Position SummaryThe Clinical Nurse Supervisor provides clinical and operational leadership for the Neuroscience Unit, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. This role assists with daily operations, staffing coordination, quality initiatives, and staff development while serving as a clinical resource for nurses, patients, and families. The supervisor functions as a staff nurse as needed and assumes managerial responsibilities as delegated by the Nurse Manager.
