As a Product professional, you will be instrumental in enhancing the technological foundation of human resources and workforce operations. This is an unparalleled 12-month contract opportunity to drive product delivery across critical areas, from initial recruitment to daily administrative tasks, making a tangible impact on the efficiency and success of the organization. You will be at the forefront of innovation, translating complex business needs into clear priorities and actionable requirements, and steering initiatives from refinement through to stable implementation. Your work will directly lead to improved candidate and employee experiences through reduced friction and greater process transparency, making every day an opportunity to create a positive, lasting change.

What You'll Do

• Own and prioritize backlogs for assigned initiatives, enhancements, and operational needs, ensuring clarity and readiness for delivery.
• Translate complex business processes into clear requirements, detailed workflows, compelling user stories, and precise acceptance criteria.
• Support the development and enhancement of capabilities spanning recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation, visa acquisition, and comprehensive workforce administration.
• Maintain a strong, end-to-end understanding of candidate and employee journeys, including critical handoffs, potential exceptions, and required actions.
• Support the ongoing enhancement and meticulous upkeep of candidate and employee-facing portals.
• Define precise requirements for seamless data transmission across Workday and other crucial upstream and downstream systems.
• Partner closely with Engineering teams to refine requirements, proactively resolve dependencies, and ensure continuous delivery readiness.
• Lead critical activities such as backlog refinement, strategic product decision-making, comprehensive release planning, and robust implementation support.
• Support thorough testing, essential user validation, deployment readiness, clear communications, and post-launch stabilization efforts.
• Provide stakeholders with clear, consistent visibility into priorities, scope, potential risks, key decisions, and overall delivery progress.
• Leverage AI tools where appropriate to significantly improve requirements documentation, testing support, and overall delivery efficiency.

What You'll Bring

• 3 or more years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, Project Delivery, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience supporting HR, recruitment, onboarding, workforce management, employee lifecycle, or operational technology.
• Strong capabilities in requirements gathering, process analysis, backlog management, and effective stakeholder facilitation.
• Experience managing Agile backlogs and partnering directly with software engineering teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Experience with complex workflows, employment documentation, compliance processes, data integrations, or employee-facing portals.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with Workday or similar HR and workforce platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Flowable, or similar delivery tools.
• Experience supporting global workforce, visa, immigration, travel, or related processes.
