Are you a visionary designer with a passion for transforming information into stunning visual narratives? We are seeking a talented individual to elevate communication and captivate audiences at an upcoming user conference. This is an incredible opportunity to shape the visual identity of key presentations, moving beyond traditional decks to create truly thoughtful, modern, and impactful experiences. You will be instrumental in setting a new standard for visual storytelling, influencing how the brand is perceived and how complex information is understood by a broad audience, directly contributing to the company's success and market presence.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop a custom presentation template for a major user conference.
• Establish a cohesive visual system applicable across approximately 15-20 diverse presentation decks.
• Craft both minimal, elegant conference presentations with strong imagery and concise content, as well as detailed decks for educational sessions.
• Translate established brand guidelines into compelling presentation layouts, typography, imagery, charts, and data visualizations.
• Build presentations primarily in Google Slides, ensuring seamless translation and delivery in PowerPoint.
• Refine, format, and enhance presentation content provided by internal teams, elevating its visual appeal.
• Conceptualize, create, and/or source high-quality imagery and visual assets that resonate with the brand.
• Develop insightful charts and data visualizations that simplify complex information for easy comprehension.
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple decks while adapting layouts to suit varying content types.
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing and design teams, swiftly incorporating feedback to refine designs.
• Provide additional event-related design support as project demands fluctuate.

What You'll Bring

• Proven expertise in presentation design and brand design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality deck design.
• Demonstrated modern, minimal, and sophisticated design sensibility.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and established brand systems.
• Experience in creating effective charts, graphs, and data visualizations.
• Ability to work within existing brand guidelines while contributing creative and innovative design thinking.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple presentation decks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Comfortable transforming raw content from internal teams into polished, presentation-ready designs.
