What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews for internal and external candidates, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors and new hires, creating a professional, welcoming, and positive first impression.
• Monitor and manage various shared email inboxes, responding to inquiries and facilitating communication.
• Collaborate with administrative assistants and hiring teams to align schedules and ensure manager availability for interviews, including mid-level roles.
• Manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
• Prioritize multiple scheduling requests and deadlines effectively, showcasing strong organizational and time management skills.
• Interact with candidates and stakeholders professionally via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Provide essential administrative support across various talent acquisition initiatives as needed.

What You'll Bring:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High School degree.
• One year of related work experience, specifically coordinating and scheduling appointments, interviews, meetings, or similar activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for calendar management and communication.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including navigating spreadsheets and formatting data.
• Demonstrated detail-orientation and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• A professional demeanor with experience working in a corporate or professional office environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• College degree.
• Two years of experience in a Customer Service or Talent Acquisition environment.
• Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking/HCM systems.
• Ability to operate effectively in an environment with high volume, ambiguity, and change.
• Experience working within a large, complex organization.
