• Develop and drive comprehensive business strategies that encompass DOE-funded projects and relevant commercial opportunities. Translate these strategies into actionable plans that deliver measurable results and sustainable growth.
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, including Program and Account Managers, to uphold operational excellence and customer satisfaction, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and contractual obligations.
• Implement robust governance practices by actively participating in DOE oversight boards and facilitating critical decision-making processes that shape project outcomes.
• Actively engage in business development processes by contributing to capture management, pricing strategies, and talent acquisition to secure and expand contract portfolios.
• Foster enduring client relationships through frequent engagement, needs assessments, and proactive resolution of challenges to maintain trust and deepen partnerships.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cost efficiency, operational workflows, and employee engagement across all managed programs.

• Demonstrated leadership in managing complex government contracts and programs, particularly within DOE markets, showcasing the ability to navigate regulatory environments and contractual nuances.

• Minimum of 15 years extensive experience within government program environments such as DOE, DOD, and DOS, with at least 7 years in senior management roles overseeing substantial teams and budgets.
• Proven financial stewardship with responsibility for budgets exceeding $40 million annually, demonstrating fiscal discipline and resource optimization.
• Experience managing large-scale integrated security and emergency services programs involving workforces of 3,000 or more employees, with a focus on ensuring operational readiness and compliance.
• Specialized knowledge and practical experience managing Safeguards, Security, and Emergency Management at DOE sites, ensuring alignment with federal mandates and site-specific requirements.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $174,080 - $304,640. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
