What You'll Do:
- Fabricate engineered prototype parts, precision tools, jigs, molds, dies, guides, and holding devices using drawings, specifications, sketches, and models.
- Operate hand tools, machine tools, and CNC equipment to assemble, modify, repair, and maintain tools, dies, gauges, and other support equipment.
- Measure and inspect finished components using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauge blocks to ensure specifications are met.
- Design and develop templates, jigs, patterns, and detailed component drawings using CAD software to support new products and manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot tooling and production issues, perform preventive maintenance and repairs, select appropriate materials, and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and team members to resolve concerns.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of experience with Amada Coma Turret punch press, Amada break press, Hurco machine center, Mitsubishi wire EDM.
- 5+ years of experience with Tooling and adjusting Speeds and Feeds.
- 3+ years of experience in programming 3- and 5-axis CNC machines using either a CAM program or G-code.
- 3+ years of Manual/CNC experience.

- Basic knowledge of principles, procedures, work routines, and skills in the field of work.
- Complete knowledge of equipment and practices associated with fixture, prototype, and mold building.
- Full knowledge of precision inspection practices, hand tools, and equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of materials used in the fabrication of tools, prototypes, and molds.
- Ability to select correct materials based upon machining, heat treating, welding, wear, and polishing.
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and tool drawings.
- Ability to program and operate CNC mills, CNC EDM's, CNC lathes, and other standard tool room equipment.
- CAD/CAM experience (SolidWorks and Master cam).
- Excellent PC skills, including the ability to learn new programs.
- Analytical thinking combined with conceptual and organizational abilities.
- Team-oriented personality who can work well by themselves or on a team in an international environment.
- Proactive in executing daily tasks and achieving long-term goals.
